We have been reading Treasure Town, an entertaining chapter book about some friends who love to dig! As a special treat, we met Doug Wilhelm and Sara Lee Terat - the author and illustrator of the book!
They talked to us about the process of writing and illustrating a book. Doug read a chapter of the book to us and Sara Lee showed us some illustrations. Then we got to share our own story ideas for the next book as Sara Lee illustrated.
